Haus Estate Agents, is a UK based and UK run company. We decided on the name after long deliberation and even though, the word is German, it is actually phonetically pronounced house. We liked the idea of having an umlaut above the letter U, as we feel the letter U could be used in the future for further marketing material as it resembles a happy face. We feel the name stands out amongst other Agencies within the industry.
Our aim is to deliver a friendly, personal, transparent, and professional service. Our objective is to make the entire process of selling, letting, buying or renting as easy and stress free as possible. Between us, we have over 30 years’ experience in the housing market, so you’ll be in safe hands. We will advertise your property in all the right places, our marketing material will make your property stand out amongst others, our pricing strategies will ensure that we achieve the highest possible price, and our passionate, professional and friendly team will guide you through the entire process. It doesn't matter how big or small your query is, we are here to assist you. We are also hoping to have a positive impact in our local community, we are going to do our best to improve the way the industry is perceived by the general public and more importantly, on how it interacts with its community.
In September 2021, we approached our local Children’s Charity ‘My Shining Star Charity’ in the hope that they would be happy to work with us, our proposition was that we would donate a percentage of your fee to the charity. Needless to say, we hope to contribute as much as possible with your help, so that the charity can carry on with the excellent service provided to hundreds of local children and their families.
We know that there is a lot of room for improvement in the industry at all levels, from customer service to general communication on a regular basis.
